I had a decent stay at Summit Norling, but it was quite average overall. While the rooms were spacious and the staff, particularly Namrata and Ambika, were very helpful, the hotel could definitely improve on service efficiency and the overall condition of the facilities. The location was a bit isolated, which I appreciated for the peace and quiet, but it was not the most convenient for getting into town. Considering the price, it felt like it should have offered a bit more.
